Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was incredible. The room with a massive Jacuzzi looking out at the sea was spacious, and the small balcony offered a fabulous view that was simply gorgeous. The service provided was outstanding with the staff being friendly, helpful, and extremely accommodating. The location was perfect, offering a wonderful view and being conveniently close to the main square and the beach. The dining experience was delightful with delicious food and beautiful open-air views. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay truly enjoyable.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room was very spacious and had a small balcony with a fabulous view. However, it wasn't what I had booked and was quite expensive considering it lacked the promised pool. The outdoor area had a bothersome smell that made sitting outside unpleasant. The hot tub was a nice touch, and the view from the balcony was truly spectacular despite the bathroom being on a different floor.
I was pleasantly surprised by the size and comfort of the room, although noise from the staff working below was a bit of a downside. The hotel is well-equipped, making the stay enjoyable overall.
The hotel had spacious rooms with a jacuzzi, but they were sparsely decorated. The service from the family that owned the hotel was fantastic, with nothing being a problem despite the inconvenience. The location offered fantastic views and easy access. However, the dining experience was poor and not up to the level expected for the view. In terms of facilities, the hotel had some issues with a smelly cupboard but was clean and comfortable overall.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were well equipped, and the balcony with a raised jacuzzi offered a fantastic view, although there was no direct view from the room itself upon arrival. The service was friendly and gracious, but there were instances of inexperienced behavior with items being misplaced. The location was excellent for exploring Positano but required a fair amount of walking due to its elevated position. The dining experience was enhanced by the attentive service but let down by some staff interactions. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
The hotel offered a spacious room with a stunning view of Positano bay, which was the highlight of our stay. Having a kettle provided a nice touch, though a kitchenette upgrade is worth considering. It was one of the most spacious hotel rooms we've experienced, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The only drawback was the additional cost for some amenities.
The hotel had a wonderful view onto a wall to the back entrance to the pathway down the hill to the beach. The rooms were large, clean, and comfy with an amazing view, though there was a Louvered cupboard that smelt of sewerage, making it unpleasant to sit outside. The service, from the front desk to the waiters and waitresses, was extremely friendly and helpful, especially towards our 3.5-year-old. The location was fantastic, very convenient for arrival with a driver who can actually park at the hotel. The dining experience throughout the hotel, with 180-degree views over the coast line, was also lovely, with a great selection of items like chocolate croissants. Facilities were modern and well-maintained, providing a luxurious experience.
The hotel is high up in the hill with breathtaking sea views. The rooms are clean, airy, and quiet with a small balcony offering a great view of the sea. The service was very helpful, arranging day trips and booking restaurants. The location is close to everything, just a short walk from the main square and the beach. The dining experience was delightful with plenty of delicious food options. The facilities were convenient and special.
